2010 Rally Schedule
The dates given reflect a 3 night stay with Friday arrival and Monday departure. If you plan to come in early or stay after, please contact the Park yourself. We again have 4 events each, at the coast and in the valley.
Many Parks now require a credit card to reserve your site (just as motels have done for years). Please contact our Secretary, after you call the Park with a credit card reservation, so she can add your name to the list provided to your rally hosts. March 19-22 Olde Stone Village RV Park 4155 Three Mile Lane, McMinnville, OR 97128 877-472-4315 www.oldestonevillagenw.com $25.20 per night with your Good Sam discount. Call the Park to hold a space with your credit card no later than February 19th and contact the Secretary to be added to the list provided to your rally hosts. There is a 48 hr cancellation policy. Add 50 cents per day for pets and $1.00 per day for a third person. No pit bulls, rottweilers, German sheperds, Dobermans or dogs over 65 lbs. Breeds mixed with these under 65 lbs welcome.
They have full hook ups (30/50 amps), paved sites, handicap access, WiFi, cable TV, showers $, a heated pool, clubroom, and pitch ‘n putt. The Park is next to Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum with the Spruce Goose & IMAX, close to golf, casino, and wineries. Hosts - Pam & Ann
April 16-19 Oceanside RV Park 90281 Cape Arago Hwy, Charleston, OR 97420 800-570-2598 www.oceansidervpark.net We have 20 sites reserved, at winter rates of only $20.20. Call the Park to hold a space with your credit card by March 15th and contact the Secretary to be added to the list provided to your rally hosts. Unreserved spaces will be given up on March 15th so others will get a chance to stay on this popular weekend.
The Park has full hook ups (30/50 amps), gravel sites, handicap access, WiFi, cable TV, showers $, and a yurt. There’s ocean fishing, beach walking just over the dunes, and a casino shuttle. Saturday 17th is the annual clam chowder competition in the yurt. Hosts – Gina & Shirley

Your check for first night’s deposit must be received by our Treasurer by March 15. There is a 48 hr cancellation policy. This Park does not allow pit bulls, rottweilers or Dobermans. Contact them for 'group' exceptions. There is a 2 dog limit.
They have full hook ups (30 amp), rental units, WiFi, cable TV, and a clubroom. There is nearby ocean fishing, and more activities in Astoria. Hosts - TBA

There is a 14 day cancellation policy.

Your check for first night’s deposit must be received by our Treasurer by August 1. There is a 24 hr cancellation policy, but no refund of deposit. You'll get a rain check, instead.

Sept. 17-19 Mrs. Hoffer's Field Just 3 blocks from Oktoberfest at Mt. Angel. Contact Sandy Brown sbsalem@msn.com who is hosting with Marilyn Nichols. Only $10 per night Friday and Saturday, Sunday is free. This is a boondocking rally so come with charged batteries, full water tank and empty holding tanks.
Oct. 15-18 Bridgeview RV Resort8880 Rogue River Hwy, Grants Pass, OR 97527 541-582-5980 http://www.bridgeviewrvresort.com/ We have reserved 10-12 sites (overflow can stay at nearby Riverpark RV Resort). $31 for a river space and $29 if not. Call the Park to hold a space with your credit card by Sept. 15th and contact the Secretary to be added to the list provided to your rally hosts. There is a $10 cancellation fee. If less than 72 hours before the event, a first night fee also. $2.00 per day cost for third person.
