GENERAL PROCEDURES:
1) For all events, the reservation should be sent to the Secretary, Linda Waterman at (tullylinda@msn.com). The deposit check should be sent to the Treasurer, Pat Cole, 4124 Cordon Rd NE, Salem, OR 97305-3735 by the date indicated for each event. 2) All events are scheduled for 3 nights, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. If your reservation is any different please indicate this with your reservation. 3) If you wish to arrive early or stay longer, make your extra reservations with the Park, not with the Secretary or Treasurer. Indicate that you are with ORVW. Also, let the Secretary know so she can give an accurate count to the hosts. 4) If you must cancel do so directly with the park according to the park's policies as indicated. Please let the Secretary know so the Host can plan appropriately.
MARCH 20, 21, 22 Dexter Shores RV Park, Dexter, OR (541-937-3711) We have 15 sites reserved. Cost is $26.00 per night. First night deposit must be received by the Treasurer by Feb 13. If arriving early or staying longer make arrangements directly with the park. If you must cancel do so directly with the park 24 hours ahead to receive a refund. Park has a club house, full hook-ups, WiFi, and cable. Hosts: Pat Cole, Alice Lovell, Jackie Gettmen.
APRIL 17, 18, 19 Fogarty Creek RV Park, Depoe Bay, OR (888-675-7034) We have 15 sites reserved that will be grouped together close to the club house. Additional sites will not be with the group. Cost is $23.75 per night. First night deposit must be received by the Treasurer by March 13. If arriving early or staying longer make arrangements directly with the park. If you must cancel do so directly with the park 24 hours ahead to receive a refund. This is the weekend of the Wooden Boat Show, the Ducky Derby, and the Crab Feed. There is beach access for walks and agate hunting at nearby Fogarty Creek State Park. Hosts: Sandy Brown, Marilyn Nichols.
MAY 15, 16, 17 Blue Ox RV Park, Albany, OR (800-336-2881) We have 20-25 sites reserved. Cost is $26.00 per night. First night deposit must be received by the Treasurer by April 10. If arriving early or staying longer make arrangements directly with the park. If you must cancel do so directly with the park 24 hours ahead to receive a refund. Park has heated pool, spa, and WiFi. Hosts: Masanee Brown, Danna Walker.
JUNE 19, 20, 21 Casey’s Riverside RV Park, Westfir, OR (541-782-1906) We have 15 sites reserved. Cost is $38.00 per night. First night deposit must be received by the Treasurer by April 15 (note this early due date). If arriving early or staying longer make arrangements directly with the park. If you must cancel do so directly with the park. No refund once our deposit has been sent in. Park has WiFi, TV service, river fishing, swimming, and a pool. Hosts: Ruby Rhodes, Pat Cole, Alice Lovell.
JULY 17, 18, 19 Elkton RV Park, Elkton, OR (541-584-2832) We have 20 sites reserved. Cost is $25.00 per night. First night deposit must be received by the Treasurer by June 5. If arriving early or staying longer make arrangements directly with the park. If you must cancel do so directly with the park two weeks ahead to receive a refund. The park has a pavilion but no showers. It is next to the Umpqua river for fishing and swimming, and within walking distance of wineries and gardens. Hosts: Dixie Evans, Joyce Pickens, Karen Castner.
AUGUST 14, 15, 16 Port of Siuslaw Campground and Marina, Florence, OR (541-997-3040) We have only 10 sites reserved as our Chapter had to pay $10.00 per site one year in advance for the reservation. Cost is $26.00 per night. First night deposit must be received by the Treasurer by July 3, but please make reservation as early as possible so we can be more assured of getting additional sites. If arriving early or staying longer make arrangements directly with the park. If you must cancel do so directly with the park 24 hours prior but you will be charged a $10.00 fee. The park has a pavilion and 30 amp. They also have WiFi and cable. You may bring 1 pet free, but the park charges $2.00 per day per extra pets. Campground is within walking distance of the shops in Old Town. Hosts: Dee Hamer, Dottie Allen.
SEPTEMBER 11, 12, 13 North Lake RV Resort and Marina, Lakeside, OR (541-759-3515) We have 15 sites reserved. Cost is $26.37 per night. First night deposit must be received by the Treasurer by August 1. If arriving early or staying longer make arrangements directly with the park. If you must cancel do so directly with the park at least 2 weeks prior for a refund. Park has WiFi, fishing boat and canoe rentals. No aggressive dogs allowed. Hosts: Shirley Mahan, Karen Castner.
OCTOBER 16, 17, 18 Pleasant Valley RV Park, Tillamook, OR (503-842-2293) We have 15 sites reserved. Cost is $26.32 per night. First night deposit must be received by the Treasurer by September 4. If arriving early or staying longer make arrangements directly with the park. Sites are water and electric only and they have a dump station. They have a club house and WiFi and cable. Located near air museum, blimp hanger, and cheese factories. Hosts: Lori Singles, Tamra Swerdlik ***************** ***ATTENTION*** ***************** If you miss the deadline, call the RV park and make your own arrangements. DEPOSITS & DEADLINES Your deposit must be received by Pat Cole on the date given, so please allow the Post Office a few days to do it's job. Our treasurer, is only reponsible for paying the deposit (first night's fee) to the park. When you arrive, you'll pay the remaining amount owed for the RVW event dates.
